Responsibilities
- Support the Business Applications D365 Finance and Operations and/or Business Central portfolio by defining customer solutions and delivering engagements with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution components.
- Support solution consultants across technical and business disciplines.
- Apply organizational change management best practices and facilitate envisioning and art-of-the-possible workshops.
- Qualify strategic business solutions leads and sales opportunities with account, client services, practice, and executive leaders.
- Collaborate with Service Realization to bring products and capabilities to market that complement Business Applications and Data Modernizations services.
- Share learnings with the broader Long View team and maintain relevant industry certifications and accreditations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations presales and demonstrations.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills for internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation.
- Self-motivation and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Preferred qualifications include Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, or enterprise architecture certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman, plus relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
