Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of large language model implementation.
- Develop automated evaluation frameworks for model accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI capabilities.
- Shape the AI roadmap by evaluating emerging techniques.
- Design and implement cloud-based AI/ML systems for high throughput.
- Build foundational infrastructure for rapid experimentation.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of engineering experience with LLMs and agents.
- Experience building machine learning infrastructure at a startup.
- Ability to take models from research to production at scale.
- Fluency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI engineering patterns.
- Strong foundation in MLOps and AWS cloud architecture.
