Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize managed-services processes and tools to improve client operations.
- Lead delivery teams executing service-management strategies and performance-improvement initiatives.
- Develop automation frameworks and streamline operations to reduce client costs.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
- Manage MLOps and LLMOps lifecycle operations, model and artifact versioning, secure configurations, and controlled production releases.
- Engage clients and stakeholders to identify business-process improvement and transformation opportunities.
- Analyze complex data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Maintain professional and technical standards during client engagements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their skill development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in MLOps, LLMOps, AI platform engineering, DevOps, or related work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps concepts and lifecycle management.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
- Strong DevOps fundamentals, including automation and environment management.
- Experience managing secrets and secure configurations.
- Familiarity with model and artifact versioning practices.
- Experience deploying services and supporting controlled production releases.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or relevant cloud/DevOps certifications.
- Experience with automation framework design and development, business process automation, operational performance management, service-level management, workflow automation, and continuous process improvement is advantageous.
