Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across multiple Databricks use cases.
- Own technical delivery for onboarding, enablement, go-live, production adoption, and healthy workload consumption.
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Onboarding and Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Serve as the initial technical contact for production and go-live issues and escalate complex matters to expert resources.
- Create and execute plans for accelerating use cases into production, including Professional Services engagement proposals.
- Drive product adoption, user growth, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and executive and operational governance.
- Report customer usage, health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression to the Technical GM.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to connect business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and delivery of complex programs or projects.
- Track record of exceeding quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
