Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship core AI platform infrastructure.
- Architect and deliver autonomous agents for the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain the internal plugin marketplace and develop plugins for AI assistants.
- Lead technical design and implementation of Model Context Protocol services.
- Drive adoption of agentic development practices through tooling and enablement.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to define the AI Foundations roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable backend services.
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience building, deploying, or operating LLM-powered agents or AI tooling.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and the ability to extend them.
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol and agentic frameworks.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of LLM behavior.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
- Experience with distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate developer pain points into solutions.
