Responsibilities
- Guide development teams on deployment, CI/CD, and full-system testing best practices.
- Support project solutions and support teams while maintaining infrastructure and improving operational practices.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and assist with timely issue resolution.
- Enhance cloud operations and monitoring to make them more proactive.
- Design maintenance procedures and operational guides.
- Automate and standardize deployment and management processes.
- Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies and participate in installation best-practice definition.
Requirements
- Extensive troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting large-scale, customer-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of AWS and Linux.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, network protocols, Terraform, and cloud automation tools.
- Good knowledge of Python, Bash, and Docker.
- Experience building, deploying, and managing stateful services such as databases and RAFT clusters.
