Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise Small and Medium Business customers on building applications and services on AWS.
- Provide technical design guidance and architectural thought leadership across security, compute, storage, networking, serverless, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
- Scope customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
- Own engagements and help ensure timely, successful delivery of customer value.
- Support customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, migration planning, and architectural design reviews.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge with the Solutions Architecture community.
- Collaborate with account teams and use Salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience with applications and infrastructure.
- At least 4 years of experience in a specific technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 4 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred experience working in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred experience working with AWS technologies from a development and operations perspective.
