Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners to shape AI requirements for content workflows.
- Rapidly prototype and deliver proofs-of-concept for various content use cases.
- Design and implement production architectures for LLM and agentic applications.
- Build and operate multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.
- Establish trust layers for secure AI deployments.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms with CI/CD and containerization.
- Define and monitor quality metrics for content outputs.
- Document architectural decisions and upskill engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in conversational AI and content management systems.
- Practical expertise with commercial LLMs and open-weight models.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and AI integration.
- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
- Experience deploying SLMs and advanced skills in vector store integration.
- Programming expertise in Python for AI/ML development.
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks for multi-agent systems.
