Responsibilities
- Define product scope and scale with the Product team.
- Design system architecture and reengineer legacy applications.
- Create data structures and apply design patterns.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.
- Write maintainable code, troubleshoot defects, and improve software efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on microservices development.
- Use GitHub for version control and codebase collaboration.
- Create and maintain technical, user, and API documentation.
- Deploy and maintain applications across environments using deployment and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead Engineer.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- 6+ years of experience with backend technologies and frameworks.
- 6+ years of experience with Java frameworks including Struts, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and JavaServer Faces.
- 6+ years of troubleshooting experience.
- 5+ years of DevOps lifecycle and deployment experience using Google native services.
- 5+ years of database systems and SQL experience, including relational mapping and exposure to Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years of GitHub experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years with software quality tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, FOSSA, 42Crunch, and Cycode.
- Preferred: 6+ years with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Preferred: 5+ years of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline design experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of test-driven development experience, including code coverage and Katas.
- Preferred: 3+ years of infrastructure-as-code and container experience with Terraform and Docker.
- Preferred: 3+ years of public cloud, containerization, virtualization, and cloud web-hosting experience, with GCP exposure required.
