Responsibilities
- Translate solution designs into production-ready EDI integration implementations.
- Lead technical analysis, design, and implementation of EDI integrations and API projects.
- Enforce code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to globally distributed teams.
- Collaborate on integration and API projects across distributed teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide clear technical guidance.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above.
- Strong experience in EDI development, maintenance, support, and monitoring.
- Experience developing IBM Sterling business processes.
- EDI mapping expertise across X12, EDIFACT, XML, cXML, CSV, JSON, and flat files.
- Proficiency with FTP, SFTP, AS2, and VAN communication protocols.
- Experience with DB2, SQL, XML, XSLT, web services, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of EDI architecture, encryption, authentication, monitoring, scalability, and availability.
- Experience providing technical leadership to distributed teams, including mentoring and code reviews.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
