Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to financial products and engineering platform products.
- Serve as a reference for solution-level technical decisions.
- Help teams solve ambiguous problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide constructive feedback, contribute to technical decisions, and disseminate technical knowledge.
- Define and independently deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects involving cross-team dependencies.
Requirements
- Develop software using C#.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and SOLID.
- Have strong knowledge of unit and integration testing.
- Use Git naturally and understand Gitflow.
- Have knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Have experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog.
- Produce clean, maintainable code.
- Be familiar with agile methodologies, especially Kanban and/or Scrum.
- Knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud, messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka, and architectures such as microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture is advantageous.
- Experience with relational and non-relational modeling, CI/CD tools, and Azure DevOps is advantageous.
- Knowledge of or interest in the financial market is advantageous.
