Responsibilities

  • Define and govern target-state enterprise architecture for customer, digital, data, and operational capabilities.
  • Lead customer journey architecture and end-to-end customer experience transformation across web, mobile, contact center, and digital channels.
  • Define customer data, customer engagement, omnichannel, and digital experience strategies.
  • Provide architecture leadership across business, digital, data, integration, cloud, security, and enterprise technology workstreams.
  • Establish architecture standards, principles, patterns, governance processes, KPIs, and project success measures.
  • Translate business objectives into architecture roadmaps, technology strategies, implementation plans, and investment justifications.
  • Guide application, data, identity, access management, data protection, security, and integration architecture decisions.
  • Identify architecture risks, dependencies, scalability considerations, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, service, product, delivery, engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Assess and recommend AI and generative AI use cases aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of architecture experience.
  • At least 5 years in enterprise architecture leadership roles.
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Experience working across business, product, data, and technology teams.
  • Experience defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and transformation strategies.
  • Experience with enterprise, solution, data, integration, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with digital experience and customer platforms, Customer 360, customer engagement solutions, and self-service platforms.
  • Experience with one or more of Adobe Experience Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services, Adobe Experience Manager, or comparable CMS platforms.
  • Experience with web and mobile application architecture, API, microservices, event-driven architectures, identity, data governance, and integration patterns.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, customer-centricity, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work with C-suite and senior business and technology stakeholders and balance strategic architecture with practical delivery considerations.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-platform enterprise environments.
