Responsibilities
- Design and develop recommendation system architecture for stability, high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Build systems for recommendation strategy definition, evaluation, automatic retirement of ineffective strategies, and configuration cleanup.
- Develop adaptive system tuning and fault diagnosis capabilities using large-model technologies.
- Process heterogeneous cross-domain data while improving data quality, privacy, security, and compliance.
- Develop high-performance storage engines, Schema Evolution mechanisms, real-time data writing systems, and training-inference consistency solutions.
- Build data-model correlation analysis tools and automated training-data processing pipelines based on Data-Centric AI concepts.
- Construct multimodal data and heterogeneous computing frameworks and improve data processing and model training efficiency.
- Optimize the architecture and algorithms of large-scale recommendation models through architecture-algorithm co-design.
- Collaborate with algorithm engineers, data analysts, and product managers to explore generative recommendation technologies.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, mathematics, or a related interdisciplinary field.
- In-depth research results or extensive practical experience in relevant areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, data modeling, or algorithm optimization is preferred.
- Strong programming ability in data structures and fundamental algorithms; C/C++ is required for traditional coding roles and Python is required for intelligent coding roles.
- Ability to implement complex algorithms, build iterative models, and balance system performance with cost.
- Strong machine learning fundamentals, including the ability to build, train, and optimize machine learning models.
- Familiarity with common machine learning models such as decision trees and support vector machines.
- Familiarity with current AGI technologies and ability to validate their applications in e-commerce generative recommendation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and product stakeholders.
