Responsibilities
- Support discovery and design through interviews, workshops, process reviews, data analysis, and AI opportunity assessments.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases and agent opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, complexity, and readiness.
- Build cost models, business-case inputs, roadmaps, MVP scopes, delivery plans, and adoption approaches.
- Design, build, and test custom Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions.
- Help move agentic solutions safely from sandbox environments to enterprise production.
- Support continuous validation of Microsoft 365 Copilot, first-party agents, and Copilot Studio through structured testing, playbacks, and demos.
- Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and adoption materials.
- Support AI governance, identity, data protection, risk, dependency, issue, and change management.
- Run or support client demos, workshops, training, enablement, and rollout from pilot to business-as-usual use.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Account, STU, and GBB teams on platform fit, technical validation, account planning, co-sell, and co-build opportunities.
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, prepare working-session materials, guide junior colleagues, and contribute to proposals and follow-on opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, technology, or transformation, ideally in financial services.
- Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft AI and low-code solutions, especially Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the Power Platform.
- Experience building solutions end-to-end from design through to a working product.
- Experience supporting AI or agent assessments, including current-state analysis, target-state design, and business-case development.
- Experience building custom Copilot Studio agents and helping move solutions from sandbox to enterprise.
- Experience supporting client workshops and working with stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulated financial services and the controls required to deliver change.
- Experience with agile or product-based delivery and with MVPs, pilots, or proofs of concept.
- Awareness of responsible AI, data governance, GDPR, and AI governance.
- Awareness of Microsoft security and governance capabilities, including Entra ID and Microsoft Purview.
- Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems structurally, present and demo in plain language, and manage workstream tasks, risks, quality, and timelines.
- Ability to support and guide junior colleagues.
- Cowork design and build skills, connectors, and understanding of how its Microsoft harness can leverage different frontier models.
- Azure AI experience, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry, is helpful.
