Base Salary
$145k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of Salesforce FSC solutions for wealth management, retail banking, lending, and customer onboarding.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive implementation of Household Management, Financial Accounts, Referrals, Interaction Summaries, and Action Plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Establish integration architecture with core banking and third-party systems.
- Provide technical governance, best practices, and solution reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Salesforce FSC expertise with multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Financial services and banking domain knowledge.
- Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.
