Responsibilities
- Build, deliver, and maintain reliable, scalable, performant, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Develop, install, configure, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage application deployments through GitLab pipelines and automation.
- Design and review infrastructure and pipeline solutions for compatibility with end-to-end architectures.
- Monitor infrastructure and system performance, investigate incidents and vulnerabilities, and reduce mean time to resolution.
- Implement secure infrastructure configurations and protections against cyber-attacks and unauthorized access.
- Assist developers and testers with pipeline-related issues and provide day-to-day direction to the team.
- Provide technical leadership to less senior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze technical requirements, document solution alternatives, and select appropriate solutions.
- Identify risks and issues, support risk mitigation controls, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Requirements
- Experience developing, installing, configuring, and maintaining automated CI/CD solutions and pipelines.
- Hands-on experience managing application deployments through GitLab pipelines and automation.
- Strong experience with OpenShift and its architecture.
- Ability to design and review infrastructure and pipeline solutions against end-to-end architecture, quality, and security standards.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the relevant area of expertise.
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents, analyze factual information, solve technical problems, and make solution decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information and influence stakeholders.
- Banking or finance domain experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, guide less senior colleagues, and collaborate across teams.
