Responsibilities
- Assist with analyzing and implementing Maximo software solutions to improve client operational efficiency.
- Support client training and integration processes for Maximo applications.
- Develop and maintain Maximo application integrations and middleware architecture.
- Contribute to project management tasks and successful deployment of Maximo solutions.
- Use IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management and operational workflows.
- Participate in developing Maximo functional and technical architecture.
- Apply emerging technologies and solution architecture to improve client service delivery.
- Support modernization of field service and operations through Maximo consulting practices.
- Research methodologies and tools for Maximo development.
- Provide client support and respond to feedback to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- At least 2–5 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage 8.x/9.x.
- Understanding of Integration Framework components including Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- English oral and written proficiency.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management and Maximo software development and integration.
- Knowledge of middleware architecture and solution architecture.
- Knowledge of energy, utilities, and mining industries is valued.
- Experience with field service mobility and grid modernization projects is valued.
- Teamwork and active listening skills.
