Principal Platform Architect - SecOps and IRM

Responsibilities
- Guide customers, partners, and internal teams across multiple engagements to deliver successful ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Design and govern instance strategy, integrations, core data, technical governance, and the delivery operating model.
- Improve platform health by reducing technical debt and aligning implementations with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Engage enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform integrated with core applications.
- Support sales efforts through engagement scoping, estimation, change orders, and presales participation.
- Develop global rollout plans and promote platform architect services across accounts.
- Mentor others, contribute leading practices, and maintain relevant skills and certifications.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience.
- Certification and experience in SecOps, IRM, or both are required.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end architecture experience across SecOps and/or IRM modules.
- Experience with large programs, enterprise architecture, cloud application technology, and complex issue resolution.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or IT4IT.
- Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences and operate independently in complex environments.
- TMT and systems integrator industry expertise is desirable.
- CTA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
