Responsibilities
- Co-own enterprise accounts and sales campaigns with assigned sellers, leading every technical stage of the deal cycle.
- Build tailored demos and conversational AI experiences across voice and chat, including integrations with customer systems.
- Design scalable architectures and address data security and compliance requirements for enterprise customers.
- Bring customer needs into product roadmap discussions with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement.
- Improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working across the Solutions Engineering team.
- Represent Parloa at client on-sites, external events, and company gatherings.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally at a SaaS vendor.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
- Deep experience with contact center technologies, including CCaaS or UCaaS, VoIP, telephony, call flows, voice, and chat design.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise technology stacks including Azure, AWS, and GCP, with hands-on API integration and maintenance experience.
- Working understanding of generative AI and LLMs, including competency in prompt engineering and design.
- Ability to present credibly to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with Channel, ISV, or GSI partners or in a fast-paced startup is preferred.
