Base Salary
$149k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enable partner technical teams on discovery, solution design, demo validation, and technical certification.
- Deliver joint technical demonstrations and support partner-led proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Translate cybersecurity and platform capabilities into business outcomes for partner and customer conversations.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point during evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions.
- Create enablement content, technical summaries, solution narratives, and training materials for partners.
- Establish and maintain partner demo and lab environments.
- Support partner marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with Product, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and post-sales teams to improve partner execution and knowledge transfer.
- Build relationships with partner technology personnel and help improve partner win rates and deal progression.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical role.
- At least 5 years of customer- or partner-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
- Experience with complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles, preferably through a partner or channel motion.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, and network segmentation.
- Familiarity with SPAN ports, port mirroring, TAPs, packet capture brokers, NetFlow, and network telemetry.
- Knowledge of cyber resellers, distributors, technology partner ecosystems, and channel operations.
- Ability to explain platform integrations, data collection, visibility, and technical validation during demos, POVs, and POCs.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of contributing to technical wins, deal progression, and customer and partner outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include IAM or IGA experience, security operations or security engineering experience, IoT/OT/IoMT asset discovery, vulnerability management, security or cloud certifications, partner enablement experience, and Linux or Python scripting experience.
