Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into enterprise applications and new agentic AI applications.
- Assemble AI solutions using models, frameworks, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Translate business requirements into application-level AI solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Develop, test, and deploy reliable, scalable, performant, and maintainable AI applications.
- Support deployment, monitoring, optimization, and iteration based on user feedback.
- Apply security, data governance, and regulatory requirements to AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency, user experience, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of experience in software development, AI application development, or related roles in a regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with LLMs, NLP, or applied machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
- Practical experience with LLM-based applications, RAG, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Familiarity with AI agent concepts, orchestration logic, and tool-based reasoning.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment workflows, or regulatory and compliance processes; financial-services experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, process-improvement, and business-requirement translation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
