Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver customer technical engagements, including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototypes.
- Lead AI transformation journeys by prioritizing use cases, guiding customers on AI platform trends, and facilitating design thinking workshops.
- Own strategic AI transformation plans for targeted accounts while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
- Integrate capabilities across Microsoft’s cloud platform and optimize cross-platform solutions.
- Maintain expertise in AI solutions, AI management and security, real-time intelligence, application architecture, and related market trends.
- Create scalable field assets, connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities, and serve as a trusted technical partner to sales leaders and account teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4 years of such experience, or a master’s degree in one of those fields plus 3 years of such experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of Solutions Architect or equivalent experience with deep practical, hands-on software architecture and development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise solutions.
- Consultative selling, customer requirements capture, prioritization, business-value analysis, and strategic facilitation experience.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions across cloud and hybrid infrastructures, including Azure AI services.
- Highly proficient in GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.
- Proficiency in Python or an equivalent programming language.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and agentic AI development.
- Relevant technology or discipline certification and experience delivering design thinking, ideation, or similar problem-framing work are preferred.
