Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Build and enhance application components, services, and APIs using .NET and C#.
- Integrate third-party tools and services into existing application architecture.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, QA, and production environments.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, support, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Improve development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, stability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with C#, .NET, or similar object-oriented technologies.
- Strong experience building and maintaining enterprise applications, services, or APIs.
- Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with database development and large or complex data sets.
- Familiarity with version control, testing, and code reviews.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting applications in QA and production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: financial services or asset management technology experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed systems, modern application architecture, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
