Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, configure, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, workflows, objects, UI elements, and platform integrations.
- Implement and enhance commercial lending workflows covering loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support capability mapping with product owners.
- Lead development activities for high-impact enterprise projects and coordinate with analysts, project managers, and integration partners.
- Integrate nCino with internal banking systems and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, code reviews, release management, and environment migrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide ongoing platform support, and resolve critical issues affecting deliverables.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint delivery, platform research, and recommendations for new nCino features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Hands-on experience with nCino platform development and configuration.
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of commercial lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of CI/CD practices for Salesforce development.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Copado or Autorabit deployment pipelines is preferred.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Agentforce or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
