Responsibilities
- Own, facilitate, and scale high-intensity Agent Factory workshops for strategic ISV partners.
- Write production-grade code alongside partner engineering teams during live sprints.
- Implement advanced reasoning architectures, model steering, and autonomous workflows using Gemini Enterprise.
- Resolve real-time integration issues involving OAuth/OIDC, BigQuery Zero-Copy, AlloyDB AI, VPC-SC, and enterprise security hardening.
- Advise partner CTOs and CPOs on agent architecture scalability, automated workflows, and quantifiable business ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience with Identity Orchestration, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, VPC-SC, IAM, and multi-tenant SaaS security hardening.
- Preferred experience implementing LLM patterns such as Multi-Agent Systems, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, prompt engineering, and model steering.
- Preferred experience delivering production-grade software and rapid prototypes.
- Preferred architectural knowledge of production RAG, ScaNN/HNSW vector databases, BigQuery Zero-Copy, and AlloyDB AI.
