Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on technical deployments of Speakeasy within key accounts.
- Iterate and improve the core product in collaboration with customers.
- Manage multiple customer relationships and competing priorities effectively.
- Use customer insights to influence product roadmap and documentation.
- Drive successful outcomes with customers through high ownership and autonomy.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of back-end/API engineering experience.
- Experience as a founding engineer, solutions engineer, or technical founder.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to connect customer goals with solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships elegantly.
- Proficiency in Go and TypeScript is a plus.
