Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Deliver implementation projects with ownership of key project phases.
- Support ongoing operations and support projects, including technical troubleshooting.
- Participate in RFPs and solutioning calls.
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Interact regularly with clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Lead and mentor small to mid-sized teams of 5–8 members.
- Work with warehouse processes including Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
- Build extension packs in MAWM and support OMS/TMS integrations.
- Use SQL for debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting in WMOS.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
- Strong experience with Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- Very strong experience with MAWM, MWOS, and Active Scale.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes.
- Experience with OMS/TMS integration and SQL-based debugging and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fifteen years of full-time education.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of 5–8 members.
- Experience with Labor Management, Slotting, Manhattan SCI, and Manhattan certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting operations, participating in RFPs, and solutioning calls is preferred.
