Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the core platform for AI agents to interact with external tools and services.
- Design systems for orchestrating complex multi-step workflows driven by AI models.
- Collaborate with Percepta teams embedded with customers to deliver production AI systems.
- Extract reusable abstractions and infrastructure from real-world deployments.
- Design reliable interfaces between AI systems and distributed execution environments.
- Rapidly prototype new architectures to explore emerging AI infrastructure patterns.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Mosaic toolkit by encoding new capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production backend systems or developer platforms.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and service architecture.
- Experience designing infrastructure that coordinates multiple services or execution environments.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces with emerging patterns.
- Comfort in transitioning from prototype to production systems.
- High-agency mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep curiosity about agentic workflows and abstractions.
