Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to business analysts by attending customer meetings and supporting solution design.
- Analyse business requirements and propose technical solution options.
- Gather technical and non-functional requirements and advise on their impact.
- Design technical architectures and prepare high-level designs for customers.
- Prepare technical documentation for development teams.
- Support project managers and scrum masters with high-level estimates and validate that delivery is realistic and meets specification and schedule.
- Collaborate with project management and business analysts on roadmap planning.
- Work closely with development teams during design and implementation, providing support for difficult solution implementations.
- Act as an interface between development and third-party infrastructure teams for platform analysis, optimisation, and high-level issue triage.
- Provide technical governance and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- Commercial experience with either HTML/JavaScript or Java across the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent technical background building web applications, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager or a similar CMS.
- Experience integrating multiple systems and APIs and building or consuming microservices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum organisation.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing technical documentation.
- Desirable experience with Java, Spring, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
