Base Salary
$165k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and productionize agent workflows end-to-end including APIs and monitoring.
- Create safety, cost, and latency controls with dashboards for reliability.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop and implement new interaction patterns.
- Document best practices and mentor engineers on LLM-powered features.
Requirements
- Experience with agentic systems including function/tool calling and multi-step planning.
- Strong engineering skills to wire up services and debug at scale.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt strategies, and guardrail techniques.
- Ability to instrument outcomes and run A/B tests to improve task success rates.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape for informed design decisions.
