Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members and contribute to technical problem-solving.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery timelines and quality.
- Promote software development best practices and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
