Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules.
- Gather requirements with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, then design technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities within ServiceNow.
- Customize catalog features, workflows, asset-management functionality, and integrations with existing client software.
- Create catalog items and customize workflows.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends while supporting multiple customer platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience; four additional years may substitute for the degree.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- ServiceNow CIS certification, or ability to obtain it, in SPM, Data Foundations, Discovery, SAM, or HAM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.
- Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM practices and frameworks.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, IT asset management, and software license management.
