Responsibilities
- Architect Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions using orchestration, pipelines, and observability capabilities.
- Ensure AI workloads satisfy enterprise security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Lead and mentor teams while ensuring accountability and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on architecture and solution design decisions.
- Provide scalable solutions for multi-team enterprise AI initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training on Azure AI Foundry, orchestration, and governance.
- Monitor solution performance and optimize pipelines for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML technologies.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, observability, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience designing and deploying AI pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
- Deep knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, OpenAI, Synapse, and Logic Apps.
- Ability to analyze large-scale AI workloads and optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for enterprise AI adoption.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
