Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain React, TypeScript, .NET, and C# applications and reusable UI, API, domain, background-worker, and integration components.
- Develop maintainable front-end and back-end solutions using clean architecture, SOLID principles, domain modelling, and secure integration patterns.
- Create and maintain unit, component, integration, contract, end-to-end, performance, and service-layer automated tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD, quality gates, automated deployment, environment setup, static analysis, release readiness, observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with architects, lead and senior engineers, QA, product owners, platform engineers, and peers through design discussions, pairing, code reviews, and technical feedback.
- Support shared engineering standards, reusable libraries and patterns, onboarding, documentation, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent capability demonstrated through delivery experience.
- Relevant commercial or enterprise experience delivering full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, .NET, APIs, and SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong front-end engineering skills covering components, hooks, routing, forms, validation, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and reusable UI patterns.
- Back-end experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, clean architecture, SOLID, Domain-Driven Design concepts, service boundaries, background services, and maintainable APIs.
- Experience designing REST APIs and secure authentication, authorisation, API versioning, integration, data modelling, query optimisation, transactions, and Entity Framework Core solutions.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality tooling, Azure services, modern DevOps practices, secure coding, and OWASP awareness.
- Preferred experience with microservices, containers, event-driven architecture, messaging, integrations, Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query, Terraform, cloud observability, performance tuning, and production support.
