Responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and implement technical solutions using modern software development practices.
- Develop and deploy high-quality full-stack software solutions independently.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration test coverage and promote test automation.
- Provide development estimates for new features and continuously improve technical solutions.
- Mentor team members, provide technical assistance, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Take ownership of initiatives and assets and contribute to strategic engineering goals.
- Apply industry best practices while delivering high-quality customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of industry experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Mandatory experience with .NET, including .NET Core, .NET 6, or .NET 8.
- Expertise in C#, object-oriented programming concepts, and design patterns.
- Experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript; React or Next.js experience is desired.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests and applying test automation practices.
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, build tools, and deployment tooling.
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Cloud experience is strongly preferred, especially hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, or ECS.
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools such as Splunk, Observe, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Knowledge of DevOps tooling, security practices, Agile methodologies, and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Strong communication, mentoring, collaboration, and technical ownership skills.
- Knowledge of agentic coding tools for code generation, such as Claude Code or Open Code.
