Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic Azure infrastructure engagements.
- Lead architecture discussions with customer stakeholders, IT leadership, and infrastructure teams.
- Design enterprise-scale Azure landing zones using the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
- Architect Azure networking, secure infrastructure, hybrid connectivity, and resilient solutions.
- Lead VMware-to-Azure migration strategies and design Azure VMware Solution environments.
- Deliver technical workshops, architecture reviews, migration assessments, and proactive services.
- Design hybrid cloud and modernization solutions using Azure Arc, hybrid compute, hybrid identity, and hybrid management.
- Drive customer deployment, adoption, optimization, and operationalization of Azure solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or cloud architecture.
- At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud migration programs.
- Demonstrated expertise with Azure VMware Solution and VMware ecosystem technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions and workshops.
- Ability to work independently across multiple enterprise engagements.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
