Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and develop applications and integrations using Workday Studio.
- Understand and implement application configuration and business process workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within application environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement team best practices that improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate application development with cross-functional teams and business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Studio is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio is required.
- Experience designing and developing integrations and custom applications using Workday Studio is required.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and business process workflows is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues is required.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
