Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Customize and integrate Workday compensation modules to align with business policies.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions, and work independently as a subject matter expert.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance on best practices.
- Perform testing and validation to ensure application quality and performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Core Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Core Compensation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application design and configuration principles.
- Experience customizing and integrating compensation modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
