Responsibilities
- Refine, improve, and implement platform features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to shape and guide projects across all levels.
- Initiate improvements that foster continuous development and learning.
- Serve as a reliable sparring partner to the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- Extensive experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Extensive experience with Python testing frameworks such as Pytest.
- Preferred: experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Preferred: experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
- Preferred: modern frontend development experience, particularly React.
- Preferred: experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban processes.
