Base Salary
$138k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, test, maintain, and sustain software applications, services, and system components.
- Translate functional, technical, and operational requirements into software designs and implementation approaches.
- Support software architecture, component design, interface development, data flow implementation, and distributed-system integration.
- Develop clean, efficient, secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, defect resolution, performance tuning, and software issue troubleshooting.
- Support DevSecOps, configuration management, build, release, deployment, modernization, migration, and sustainment activities.
- Review software designs, source code, and technical approaches for quality and alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, program, and customer stakeholders.
- Document software designs, interfaces, configurations, and implementation details.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and technical forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with software engineering principles, modern development practices, full lifecycle support, software integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment in complex technical environments.
