Responsibilities

Own technical onboarding for market makers and institutional partners end to end.
Serve as the primary technical contact post-onboarding, triaging issues and debugging integrations.
Write and maintain integration guides, code samples, and SDK documentation.
Monitor the health of active partner integrations proactively.
Translate partner feedback into actionable input for product and engineering.
Build and maintain usable code samples in Python and TypeScript.
Act as the technical bridge between trading firms and internal engineering.

Hands-on experience integrating or debugging trading or exchange APIs in production.
Strong proficiency in Python and ability to read Rust or TypeScript.
Strong technical communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts.
Track record of owning partner or client technical relationships end to end.
Solid understanding of electronic trading fundamentals.
Experience at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or on-chain trading venue is a plus.
Background in client integrations for market makers or HFT firms is a plus.
Prior work as a solutions engineer or developer relations engineer is a plus.
Familiarity with perpetuals, derivatives, or prediction markets is a plus.
