Base Salary
$130k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise container platform solutions using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Deploy, configure, manage, troubleshoot, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters for customer proof-of-concept engagements.
- Create YAML manifests, Helm charts, Kubernetes Operators, service mesh configurations, CI/CD pipelines, networking solutions, observability systems, and autoscaling strategies.
- Develop automation with Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, Bash, and Golang for infrastructure provisioning, cluster lifecycle management, and application deployment.
- Architect and implement CI/CD workflows using OpenShift Pipelines, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitOps practices.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and field sales to convert customer requirements into solution architectures and provide product roadmap feedback.
- Create technical content including reference architectures, solution briefs, developer portal blogs, and official documentation.
- Design and develop Java-based enterprise tooling and Android applications using Android SDK and related build tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ten years of experience in the offered position or a related role.
- Seven years of experience with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, container orchestration, Java software development, and version control systems including Git and SVN.
- Five years of experience with OpenShift service mesh technologies including Istio and Linkerd; CI/CD using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and OpenShift Pipelines; container networking including Calico and Envoy; and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Elasticsearch, and Fluent-bit.
- Three years of experience with Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, Bash, Golang, Kubernetes HPA, Prometheus metrics, metric server adapters, REST workloads, and Kafka-based workloads.
- Two years of experience designing and developing Android applications using Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and Maven, including production releases.
