Base Salary
$150k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality features for the Medal platform using React and Electron.
- Collaborate with leadership and the community to iterate on features.
- Ensure end-to-end quality of complex features with attention to detail.
- Measure feature performance using metrics and A/B testing.
- Contribute to scaling the platform to over 100 million users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, Redux, and Electron.
- Bonus experience with full-stack technologies like Java, C#, and C++.
- Strong understanding of code performance implications in production.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities.
