Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations for global manufacturing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and project sponsors.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, perform gap assessments, and design supply chain solutions.
- Develop and validate Oracle Cloud solution architectures and integrations with enterprise, legacy, and third-party systems.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Planning and Manufacturing Cloud modules.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, manage escalations and risks, and enforce quality assurance processes.
- Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and long-term solution adoption.
- Advise clients on Oracle Cloud updates, new capabilities, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solution architects on service scoping and proposals.
- Produce solution documentation, project plans, functional designs, presentations, and executive updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience as an Oracle consultant, including at least 8 years specializing in Oracle Planning and Manufacturing across Cloud and/or E-Business Suite.
- Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management Oracle Cloud modules.
- Experience serving as a solution architect for complex Oracle Cloud implementations in manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain principles, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing multi-phase, multi-country Oracle Cloud deployments.
- Strong leadership, team management, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Project management experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
