Responsibilities

Independently manage complex RFPs and bids from qualification through successful completion.
Translate customer requirements into structured scopes of work, technical solution concepts, and robust business cases.
Prepare project calculations, cost and risk buffers, and pricing models within target and minimum margin requirements.
Coordinate with go-to-market, legal, and specialist departments to manage commercial and technical risks.
Ensure complete handover of won deals to the execution team with defined scope, schedule, and margin baselines.
Develop reusable bid content, calculation templates, and standardized processes to scale the commercial solutions function.

Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business or information technology, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3–5 years of experience in bid management, presales, solutions engineering, or commercial project costing in a B2B environment.
Ideally, experience using costing software.
Strong understanding of commercial relationships, pricing calculations, margin logic, and risk assessment.
Strong technical and operational understanding of complex B2B solutions and projects.
Confident communication across sales, specialist departments, and legal teams.
Structured, analytical, assertive working style with a focus on excellent results.
Business-fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken.
