Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software solutions across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build integrated front-end and back-end components using full-stack development technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based application features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-performing applications using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is stated, with an additional requirement for at least six years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Strong Java full-stack development skills, including back-end and front-end development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
