Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex features across frontend, backend services, and data stores.
- Architect scalable solutions, participate in architecture reviews, and help evolve the software stack.
- Write high-quality code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests while championing quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Train other professionals and provide technical leadership on methods and processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, functional leads, technical managers, and engineering teams to define and assign technical work.
- Lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience or equivalent, with a record of delivering large-scale software.
- Strong proficiency in Angular and C#/.NET.
- Deep experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and RESTful services, with a solid understanding of microservices patterns.
- Experience building cloud-based production systems with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure and implementing scalable architectures.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and designing for performance and reliability.
- Proficiency with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor others, and communicate technical perspective and status clearly across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Informatics or Computer Science, preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment while providing consistent application lifecycle management.
