Responsibilities
- Own the UI, workflow, integrations, data validation, and other software layers of AI-powered Sales applications.
- Support and enhance the existing AI application portfolio while reducing dependence on the AI team.
- Design, implement, and deliver complex full-stack features spanning user interfaces, services, APIs, and data stores.
- Architect scalable and reliable solutions and participate in architecture and proof-of-concept reviews.
- Write well-tested code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Collaborate with business solutions, product, AI, and cross-functional teams to define technical work and prioritize enhancements.
- Deploy applications through the existing containerized platform and CI/CD pipeline.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers and offshore support, and enforce coding, documentation, testing, and version-control practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience or equivalent experience delivering large-scale software from concept through production.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with Informatics or Computer Science preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and React, including JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Deep experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and RESTful services, including event- and workflow-driven integrations and microservices patterns.
- Working familiarity with DevOps and quality engineering concepts, CI/CD, containerized deployment, automated testing, and cloud-based production systems, primarily on Azure.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and designing for performance and reliability.
- Daily experience using AI-assisted development tools, agentic workflows, and CLI tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred experience with generative AI or ML service integration, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, reusable AI skills or prompt libraries, tool definitions, Dynamics 365 or CRM integrations, testing automation, release management, support/on-call practices, and sales or quoting workflows.
