Base Salary
$145k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship productionized ML pipelines from raw data to model inference.
- Build and deploy ML-powered APIs and services for user-facing features.
- Own the full lifecycle of ML systems, including experimentation and monitoring.
- Develop ML systems for personalization, search, and recommendations.
- Create and maintain data pipelines and internal tooling.
- Deploy and operate ML systems in production environments.
- Monitor model and system performance and improve robustness over time.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor or PhD in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or Machine Learning.
- 4+ years of experience building or contributing to production ML systems.
- Experience with embeddings, retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems.
- Ability to ship end-to-end solutions, not just models or analyses.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Proficient in data querying and manipulation (Pandas, SQL).
- Comfortable working across data, modeling, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Experience operating ML systems at scale.
