Responsibilities
- Align with a specific industry or product area, build domain and technical expertise, and support incoming technical requests.
- Deliver enhancements and technical improvements for assigned industry or product areas.
- Review and address GitHub pull requests and technical requests within established service-level expectations.
- Build reusable utilities and automation to reduce manual effort, prevent errors, and improve demo deployment reliability.
- Develop and support front-end and back-end Salesforce demo assets, integrations, and automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve demo quality, deployment reliability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional stakeholders across established team channels and workflows.
Requirements
- Require 4–6 years of developer experience with strong hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
- Require experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform development tools.
- Require experience with Salesforce products including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
- Require Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer 1 certifications.
- Require strong problem-solving, collaboration, flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Prefer experience with Git, GitHub workflows, SFDX, Cumulus CI, and CLI.
- Prefer Python knowledge and Salesforce Sales, Service, other consultant, or AI-tool certifications.
- Prefer a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Prefer experience using AI-powered developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
