Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to enhance existing products and develop new ones.
Craft scalable and flexible products and code, balancing speed and quality.
Contribute to and influence engineering processes, culture, and practices.
Analyze complex technical problems and architect effective solutions.
Review code and collaborate on technical decisions with teammates.

6+ years of experience building scalable engineering solutions, preferably in a consumer-facing startup.
Expert-level production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies.
Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to align technical decisions with business value.
Proactive ownership mindset throughout the development lifecycle.
Belief in automated testing, continuous integration, and high code quality.
Interest and experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
Collaborative approach to software development with both engineering and non-engineering team members.
Commitment to creating a respectful, low-ego team environment.
